Welcome to MoonReading. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the moonreading.net website and the MoonReading mobile application (the "App"), and all services, features, content, and digital products offered through them (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

1. Description of Services

MoonReading.net provides astrology-related digital products and services, including but not limited to:

  • Personalized Astrology Readings: Birth chart analyses, moon readings, and natal chart interpretations generated using your birth details.
  • Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Horoscopes: automatically generated horoscope content for all zodiac signs, including career, love, health, and financial forecasts.
  • Automatically Generated Portraits: Soulmate Portraits, Family Photos, and Age Transformations created by automated systems from photos you upload.
  • Compatibility Reports: Relationship compatibility analyses based on astrological profiles.
  • Tarot Readings: automatically generated tarot card interpretations and spreads.
  • Free Content: Articles, calculators, zodiac sign guides, moon phase information, and other educational astrology content.
  • In-App Creations: Written personal readings and reports remain in the Library of your linked account until you delete that account. Generated portrait image files may appear in the in-App Library but are hosted for up to 90 days after delivery; use Save to keep a local copy beyond that window. The App also provides a guidance chat and daily practices.

All paid products are digital products delivered electronically. There is no physical delivery associated with any purchase on MoonReading.net.

2. Entertainment Purposes Disclaimer

All astrology readings, horoscopes, tarot readings, compatibility reports, and other interpretive content provided through our Services are produced by automated systems and are intended solely for entertainment and personal reflection purposes.

Our Services do not constitute and should not be interpreted as:

  • Medical advice: Do not use our content as a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or consultation. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.
  • Financial advice: Do not make investment, business, or financial decisions based on our horoscopes or readings. Consult a licensed financial advisor for financial guidance.
  • Legal advice: Our content does not constitute legal counsel. Consult a qualified attorney for legal matters.
  • Psychological or therapeutic advice: Our readings are not a substitute for professional counseling or therapy.

You acknowledge that astrological interpretations are subjective and that automatically generated content may contain inaccuracies. You agree to use our Services at your own discretion and risk.

3. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract - and be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority where you live - to make purchases. The App itself is a general-audience experience, and free content is available to users of all ages.

Free content on our website (horoscopes, articles, calculators) is available to users of all ages. Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Account and Orders

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your name, email address, birth details, and payment information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your order information and for all activity associated with your email address.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including if we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or a violation of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.

Deleting your linked Moon Reading account permanently removes access to unused Moon Credits and account-owned content stored on our servers. Deleting your account or the App does not cancel store billing; you must cancel an active subscription separately in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

5. Pricing and Payment

Website prices are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. In the App, the Apple App Store or Google Play displays the price, currency, billing period, and applicable taxes before you confirm a purchase. We may change prices for future purchases. Completed one-time purchases are not repriced, and subscription price changes are handled under the applicable store's rules and applicable law.

Website checkout payments are processed securely through Stripe. Purchases of digital content or services in the App are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play; we do not collect your store payment-card details. By confirming a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the displayed amount under its terms.

Moon Credits (App): Moon Credits are a one-time consumable balance tied to your linked Moon Reading account and used only for eligible in-App creations. Credits never expire, have no cash value, are not transferable, and are separate from Premium. The App shows the credit cost before an order is confirmed. Credits are reserved at confirmation and finally deducted when the creation is successfully delivered; a terminal technical failure releases the reservation. A store refund, chargeback, or reversal may remove the related credit grant or adjust the balance.

Moon Reading Premium (App): Premium is available as a weekly or yearly auto-renewable subscription. The App shows the current localized price, billing period, included features, and any trial or introductory offer before confirmation. Premium provides access to the subscription-included features shown in the App; it does not include recurring Moon Credit grants.

Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically for the selected period unless you cancel it in your store subscription settings before renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues for the paid-through period and otherwise follows the refund, revocation, grace-period, and billing status verified from the store and applicable law.

Apple or Google, as applicable, handles subscription management, cancellation, billing disputes, and store refunds under its rules. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. Digital Product Delivery

Upon successful payment, your digital product will be generated and delivered - on the website, to the email address you provided during checkout; in the App, into your Library. Delivery times vary by product but are typically completed within minutes to a few hours. Some products, such as automatically generated portraits, may take up to 24 hours during periods of high demand.

In the App, written purchased readings and reports are delivered into the Library of the linked account that placed the order and remain available until you delete that account. Generated portrait image files may appear in the Library but are hosted for up to 90 days after delivery; use Save to keep a local copy beyond that window.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address you provide is correct and that your email settings allow messages from MoonReading.net. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or full inboxes.

7. Refund Policy

For website purchases, refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. In the App, releasing reserved Moon Credits after a terminal technical failure is a balance correction, not a cash refund. Apple or Google decides and processes refunds or reversals for store purchases under its rules. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Content

All content on MoonReading.net, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and the design and arrangement thereof (collectively, "Content"), is the property of MoonReading.net or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Your Use of Content

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our website and Content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our Content without prior written permission.
  • Use our Content for commercial purposes, including resale, redistribution, or use in competing products or services.
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from our Content.

8.3 Your Purchased Products

When you purchase a digital product (reading, portrait, report), you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use that product for your own personal purposes. You may share your purchased products with friends and family but may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit them.

8.4 User-Submitted Content

By uploading photos or providing information to generate your products, you represent that you have the right to share that content and grant us a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of generating and delivering your requested product. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Upload source photos for portrait products unless every depicted person is an adult aged 18 or older and you have the right and permission of every depicted person to use the photo; never upload photos depicting minors.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or servers, including by transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, user accounts, or any data not intended for you.
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access our Services without our written permission.
  • Use our Services to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our website or Services.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Services or other users, comply with law or app-store requirements, address fraud or unauthorized activity, or enforce these Terms, including for:

  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
  • Uploading inappropriate or unauthorized content.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated in bad faith.

Suspension or termination does not itself cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. You must manage or cancel store billing in your store settings. Access to Premium, unused Moon Credits, and delivered content after suspension or termination is governed by the verified store refund or revocation status, the reason for the action, these Terms, and applicable law. Provisions that by their nature should survive remain in effect, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

We do not warrant that:

  • Our Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
  • The results obtained from using our Services will be accurate, reliable, or meet your expectations.
  • Any errors in our Services will be corrected.
  • automatically generated content, including readings and portraits, will be free from inaccuracies or artifacts.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MOONREADING.NET AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

  • Your use of or inability to use our Services.
  • Any content or information obtained through our Services.
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
  • Actions or decisions you make based on content provided by our Services.
  • Any other matter relating to our Services.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MoonReading.net and its owners, operators, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your use of our Services.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any rights of a third party.
  • Content you submit or upload to our Services.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless you opt out of arbitration as described below.

Opt-Out of Arbitration: You may opt out of the arbitration provision by sending written notice to info@amoragemea.com within 30 days of first using our Services. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the United States, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, govern your use of the Moon Reading account, Services, Premium, and Moon Credits. For an App obtained through the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs the license to the App. The applicable app store's terms govern store billing, cancellation, and store refunds. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

17. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
